ESD Epoxy Floor PU System
Whenever you need an ESD Floor (conductive or antistatic) with abrasion resistant, against heavy traffic and high chemical resistance, a self-smoothing ESD Epoxy Polyurethane with 1mm to 2mm topping is the solution. The floor will be both highly conductive with good abrasion resistance.
Conductive Range: Permanent conductivity in the range of 10⁵ – 10⁷ ohms.
Static Dissipative Range: Permanent conductivity in the range of 10⁷ – 10⁹ ohms.
ESD Epoxy Floor Coating System
Conductive (ESD) surface epoxy coating is suitable to medium traffic without the risk of static build up on the floor such as OEM facilities, computer and electronics assembly areas, data centers / IT rooms, commercial buildings.
Conductive Range: Permanent conductivity in the range of 10⁵ – 10⁷ ohms.
Static Dissipative Range: Permanent conductivity in the range of 10⁷ – 10⁹ ohms.
Epoxy Floor Mortar System
Epoxy Mortar is a moisture barrier. It is a 3-component resin and can apply 3mm to 10mm thickness. Mortar is the right option as an underneath moisture barrier before applying any other types of epoxy floor finish. Normal moisture barrier will fail epoxy floor due to weak compressive strength. Epoxy Waterproofing System
It is a cementitious self-smoothing moisture barrier, with 2mm to 4mm thickness. Ideal as an moisture barrier underlayment for epoxy, carpet and vinyl tiles.
